At Ameripec Inc, we are taking a fresh new look at the juice and non-carbonated drink business. As one of the country's leading independent beverage co-packers it is our mission to deliver the best products and service in the industry to our clients.

With each product, we strive to provide the highest possible quality and the lowest possible price to the customer while maintaining a reasonable margin. We are capable of assisting in the development of brand concept, formulation, and packaging.

Operations

Our manufacturing facility is located in Buena Park, California. It consists of 130,000 square feet of production and warehouse facilities, for raw materials, with ample freezer and cooler space.

Ameripec has invested in state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and operations in order to best serve our customers.

We use the latest technologies to:

• Achieve maximum bottle capacity and versatility
• Produce a wide range of hot-fill PET sizes- ranging from 10 oz. to 1 Gallon
• Work with special pack programs such as pallet display programs and display-ready cases
• Provide carton coding, including scannable bar codes on adjacent sides of each case

• 4 production lines, which can run various bottling speeds and types of labels.

We process a full spectrum of non-carbonated juices, concentrates, blends, fortified juices, teas and flavored drinks in a variety of flavors. All of our products are pasteurized. Our rigid quality assurance standards insure that our customers receive the best juice and non-carbonated drinks possible.

FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT

At Ameripec Inc., we prioritize Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction in all aspects of our operations. Our manufacturing facility adheres to stringent Food Safety and Quality Management standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and is fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

We are proud to be SQF Certified, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
We are also Certified Organic by CCOF, enabling us to manufacture and co-pack organic beverage products in compliance with USDA Organic standards.
